The BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis is the widely recognised qualification accredited by the British Computer Society.
Most delegates get the diploma to learn the business analysis language, add structure to their work and to understand if there are better ways to perform their role.
You can choose between attending our classroom public courses, organising an in-house delivery or enrolling in our apprenticeship programme.
Get BA Qualifications GuideThe BCS Business Analysis Diploma consists of 1 foundation and 3 practitioner qualifications followed by an oral exam. Each qualification can be achieved by attending a 2 or 3-day course. Delegates have to pass the exam for all the 4 courses before being allowed to take the oral exam. After passing the oral exam you will achieve the BCS Business Analysis Diploma qualification.
The training for the BCS Diploma can be delivered on our public courses in London or Bristol, as an in-house course at your premises (we deliver them worldwide) or as part of our apprenticeship programme.
For our public courses, we offer a 1-year BCS diploma bundle. It’s a very popular option and delegates find it easy to fit the training around their busy schedule while saving money.
With the bundle, the delegates can take the 4 courses over a short period of time as 2 weeks (fast track option) or spread them over a year – check our course schedule for more information on course dates. Alternatively, delegates can book the courses individually.

Suitable for professionals who have already done one of the courses needed to get the qualification. It includes the 3 courses, 3 exams + 1 oral exam preparation.

Delegates who have more than 2.5 years of relevant Business Analysis experience can choose this option. BCS provides a specialised approach that equips you with best practice tools and techniques whilst CBAP offers a generalised and comprehensive standard that is based on 6 knowledge areas. This bundle will give you two qualifications.

This bundle would suit someone who wants to save money on the diploma by self-studying on one of the modules. We can only offer the BCS Foundation in Business Analysis as a self-study option. For any other options check out most popular bundle.

With this 3-course diploma bundle, delegates get extra flexibility to study during the week or weekend. It fits delegates who don’t want to take time off or want to study outside working hours. It includes 3 of the 4 mandatory diploma modules.
