You will need a computer, a microphone and a camera for an engaging course interaction.

You can take the exam remotely from your home using an online proctor (invigilator) – we book a day with the exam provider and then you finalise the specific date and time with the remote proctor.
Exam format: One hour ‘closed book’, on-line, multiple-choice exam. The pass mark is 25/40.

Dr Mike Goodland has been working in IT for more than 20 years as a business analyst, consultant, trainer, author and university lecturer. He was instrumental in the development of business analysis and systems development methods for the UK government and his books on that method (SSADM) have sold more than 40,000 copies.
Richard has a wealth of experience gained in a variety of roles in blue-chip environments and the public sector, such as American Express and HM Treasury. This includes over 15 years managing programmes and projects across the world including 10 years of systems development. Richard is a very experienced PRINCE2™ Practitioner and an active Gateway™ Reviewer of Government IT projects.
Rod has been working within the IT field for over 30 years. In this time he has had roles from operator to Head of IT for an overseas bank. Since 2001 he has been working as a business analyst within the finance sector both in the UK as well as Europe and brings this wealth of practical experience along with his natural enthusiasm to his courses.
Dr Claudia Michalik has extensive experience in managing complex programs and full life cycle projects across a variety of large and medium-sized organisations worldwide.
Claudia’s extensive industry experience based on her strong academic foundation ensures that her courses are both comprehensive and benchmarked against real-life case studies. Her students appreciate her light-hearted and discursive approach to teaching.
