Overview

This fast-track course combines BCS Business Analysis Practice and BCS Requirements Engineering into 5 days. These courses are the 2 core modules for the BCS Business Analysis Diploma.

This 5 day, 1-week intensive course equips you with all the core skills needed to be a practicing business analyst.

If you want to progress to the full Business Analysis Diploma really quickly, then, by combining this course with our weekend courses, you can complete the 4 certificates needed for the entire BCS BA diploma in 9 continuous days, contact us for details.

Expect a fast-paced intense course – up to 2 hours homework is needed most days. Delegates are sent pre-reading before course start to familiarise themselves with the content. We can combine two 3-day courses into a 5-day course through some syllabus overlaps and through some longer days (normally 9:30am – 5.30pm).

We recommend you do some pre-reading as this will help you to get the most out of the course. As soon as you book you will get access to our online learning so you can start preparing for the course. You will also receive the BCS book for free when you book your first BCS course with us.  

As soon as you book and pay for the course we will give you access to our online portal where you can access the pre-reading and training material. If you attend a virtual course we will also provide recordings of the virtual course you attended. 

Most of our delegates take the exam immediately after finishing the course (on the last day), but if you prefer you can take it at a later date. We run exams every other Wednesday evenings at 18:00 and some weekends (please contact us to check availability).

Payment by cheque, credit card, debit card or bank transfer is required no later than 10 Working Days before the course start date. Special arrangements may be separately agreed in the case of late bookings. Please refer to our terms and conditions.
