COVID-19 Measures

COVID-19 Measures

The safety and security of our customers and team is always our top priority, and we have been working hard to find a safe way to restart classroom based courses again in line with government advice.

To help prevent the spread of the virus, here are some protective measures we will be implementing:

  • All delegates will be required to wear masks when entering the building and during breaks. Masks do not have to be worn during teaching. Masks can be purchased from the Nisa local store next door individually.
  • We have posters put in place providing information on social distancing and how to wash hands properly.
  • Hand sanitisers are available near frequently used areas
  • We are limiting the number of people allowed in the kitchen at one time so that social distancing rules can be met
  • In order to keep surfaces clean, any cups are to be put into the dishwasher after use, not on the worktop/sink
  • Frequently touched surfaces will be regularly cleaned e.g. door handles, dispensers, taps, kettles, toilets, fridges, cupboards, counters and tabletops.
  • Floor markings are in place to maintain social distancing.
  • Upon entering the venue, delegates will be asked if they have symptoms of continuous cough, a high temperature, or loss of smell or taste.
  • At the beginning of the day, to avoid the need to touch handles, we will keep the main door wide open and all delegates are required to wash their hands before moving to the main room
  • Classroom seating will be spaced out appropriately to ensure the 2m distance between each delegate
