What is Agile? Choosing an appropriate agile approach.
To stay relevant, businesses need to quickly adapt to change. Traditional project management methodologies look to understand and document the change before moving to implementation. However, this process can be time-consuming which leads to failed projects. Agile methodologies offer the tools and frameworks needed to quickly implement change by building incremental business value.
Although it was developed for software development, agile is now widely used across the business with successful results.
Agile Project Management offers a set of frameworks that enables delegates to successfully deliver projects in a fast-paced business environment.

The training was led by an approachable trusted professional and he encouraged us to bounce ideas off each other and share experiences. This helped liven up what could be a dry subject. The white board walls were really helpful as training room walls, making doing visuals during the course easy. Doing the course has been helpful to concentrate my mind on what is important to keep thinking of in my role. The accredited qualification is also a welcome addition to my CV. Yes, I would recommend both course and provider wholeheartedly.
