3-day scrum course - Professional Scrum Product Owner + Professional Scrum Master Certification

Overview

This 3-day Scrum course is designed to give a full view of Scrum and Agile Product Development. By the end of the course, delegates will be ready to take the exam for both Professional Scrum Product Owner I Certification and Professional Scrum Master I Certification.

Delegates will understand the Scrum framework and how it can be applied to projects, understand the role of the Product Owner and that of a Scrum Master.

Day 1

• Introduces Agile and the Scrum framework to give a foundation for days 1 & 2

Day 2

• Focuses on the Product Owner role, including the strategic aspects of the role not covered in the Scrum guide
• Starts a series of team exercises to conceive a product from the initial Vision through to a Product Backlog and Release Plan

Day 3

• Concentrates on the Scrum Master role, the practical aspects of enabling the Scrum process, quality and facilitation
• The product exercises conclude with the team building the product with Lego during Sprint simulations
• Part of the last day is also focused on the concept of Flow and introduces Kanban via a practical team game
