We've moved all our training sessions online, so you can learn in the comfort of your own home. Don't worry, we work with virtual whiteboards and break out rooms to ensure it's an interactive learning experience - just as it would be if you were training in-house.

Currently via remote online learning with a live trainer using Zoom and Miro virtual boards.

When you book onto a course we will send you a copy of our core textbook Business Analysis. One week before the start of the course we will email you the chapters to read and any extra reading material you need. During the pandemic we are running the exams remotely at the comfort of your home. A member of the Metadata team will invigilate your exam where you can choose a convenient slot (exams are held during office hours).

The APMG will send out the results roughly 7-10 days after your exam date. You will then receive your certification two week after the results have been released.

I trained with Metadata for the full BCS Business Analysis Diploma course and could only attend 1 module at the classroom due to Coronavirus. The rest were completed virtually via Zoom, but this didn't have impact with regards to learning the syllabus. The Metadata office has been very accommodating with scheduling and changing dates of courses, and the tutors were excellent providing great insight. I would highly recommend Metadata.
