Overview

This accredited Management 3.0 Fundamentals Workshop is for leaders working with remote teams.

During this workshop, practical exercises will be carried out in order to better understand why people do what they do and how it is possible to embrace change and encourage the team.

The course is designed to be delivered over four online sessions to prevent ‘Zoom fatigue’. The tools, exercises, and agenda are optimised for an online workshop to be fun and interactive.

NB: attending this workshop will not allow you to automatically become a Management 3.0 Facilitator. This is an online course that has been slimmed down from the standard Foundation workshop.

However, you can become a Facilitator another way. First, you need to earn a Certificate of Practice. Once you have received the Certificate of Practice you can apply to become a Facilitator.
